Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an integral part of our lives today. AI innovations such as Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa, etc have made lives easier. It has provided with a new dimension across the industries. And, hotel industry has made a widespread use out of it. Right from concierge robots to personalized rooms to lively chatbots, that time is not far when customers could get some assistance with the artificially intellectualized friends rather than human reps. 

AI has helped in smartening the way hotel guest service is delivered. Whether it is a customer's personal choices or their smallest of needs, AI-enabled hotel concierge bots and robots has helped to offer up-to-the minute service and careful assistance to their customers. Many hotels have created AI- involved strategies that has somehow surpassed customer expectations. And, this is done with AI-powered care, support and service.

More & more hotels have come to realize that in-depth customer service with proper customer insight is the best way to increasing brand value. That is why there is a rise in mature-service hotels. And, with this improvement, the customers are not only fascinated with hotel's interior charm but are also equally satisfied with the real-looking artificially intelligent robots that the hotels have adopted.

There are some advantages customers are facing with the help of AI.

You must be surprised by seeing this. But, AI can be utilized in the hotel industry for the purpose of data analysis. It facilitates in quickly sorting out through large amounts of data and draw important conclusions about customers, or potential ones.

With the increasing demand for implementation of AI technology, hotels are able to cater services which are unique and smart. As a result, potential customers will expect smarter and more accurate responses to feel that emotional connection with hotel along with the combination of AI and cognitive technologies to make faster decisions and carry out actions accurately to boosten the brand value.
