Technology and its advancement has brought rise in business operations. Due to Artificial Intelligence, machines are able to perform intellectual tasks which has made lives much easier. Also, the increasingly smarter machines have improved the efficacy and efficiency of work in business organizations.

With Artificial intelligence, there has also been discovery of chatbots. And, with no doubt, we can say that chatbots has helped making interactions of business and users much easier and simpler. But, we must also keep in mind that no single chatbot are able to perform every mental function we want from it. Some companies have tried, like Alexa and Google Assistant. In the long run, it did not succeed.

Chatbots have made online interactions easier and more personalized on the mobile screen. And when businesses leverage this advantage, they will see that introducing chatbots to their online processes can dramatically improve the user experience (UX).

Chatbots are the future of customer service and management. The world is moving towards a mobile future. Today, mobile phone users far outnumber the laptop and PC users. Use of chatbots in mobile apps has helped in creating more streamlined app interfaces. The user can browse, compare, buy and get support from a single interface.

Chatbots are getting smarter with time. Nowadays, they have become the first point of contact between customers for providing instant assistance, buying advice, and resolving common issues. Chatbot is soon going to be the hero of better customer service and e-commerce industry.

Chatbots are dynamic. They can operate tasks 24/7 without any rest or turbulence. Human live agents can handle only up to 2 to 3 conversations at a time. By employing chatbot solutions to complement human task force, businesses are actually improving their efficiency. The more a brand interact with its customers, the more demand it can get from them. While using online channels to communicate with customers, chatbots are useful in simplifying certain tasks for a business.

Chatbots have the ability to dig through huge amounts of data to pick out the best alternative for a customer, whether it is a troubleshooting solution or recommending a new product to try.

Chatbots are affordable, which makes them more popular. There are certain platforms that provide the essential infrastructure for creating the chatbots. They require minimal maintainance. They also are less labor-intensive as the whole process is automated. With chatbots, it has been a better deal of personal and engaging experience with customers. They require one-time investment which helps businesses in reducing down manpower, which thereby saves costs for the business.

Chatbots are doing a complete justice to the business world by making lives simpler and easier. That is why, many large organizations have implemented chatbots in their websites, mobile apps & social media page to improve their customer services. Chatbots are gaining popularity in major industries like real estate, retail, entertainment, health care, news & media, online reservation and customer service.
