AI has opened doors to innovators from a variety of industries who want to create more personalized & advanced technologies for the common consumers.

The aim of artificial intelligence is to make machines learn and simplify mass data and process it quicker than a human would. This give the user a quicker personalized response. We are comfortable while engaging ourselves on social media or instant messaging apps. We can see development of chatbots and AI-bots due to technological advancement. And, this has helped companies in catering highly-personalized and intelligent user experience.

AI has brought technologies which has advanced our lives. Machines gather and analyzes large quantities of our personal, important and insignificant data to provide services we require. Thus, it drives us to the outcomes we desire.

Companies are trying to push the boundaries and find ways to predict user behavior. Google recently launched its Pixel 2 phone. They claim that the phone is capable of knowing what the user needs before they actually realize it.

Machines are able to gather data that would normally be considered irrelevant to make predictions beyond human capabilities. Bots are ready to give a more personalized experience despite the user├?┬ó??s technology of choice. Traditional methods could never give such an experience due to its outdated systems.

Spotify is a good example of how massive data can influence machine behavior. Spotify├?┬ó??s song suggestions are normally based on individual users├?┬ó?? playlist history and preferences. Most users have a detectable tendency to prefer certain genres based on their preference. That is why Spotify uses machine learning to analyze community data to find patterns in customer├?┬ó??s playlists preferences. Their system functions on the basis of a combination of personal and collective algorithms. It├?┬ó??s not only their own preferences that influence the song suggestions customers receive, but also the patterns of Spotify├?┬ó??s large number of users. AI-powered gadgets are able to detect the slightest change of pace or preference and adapt quickly using data collected over longer time period.

Vi, a voice-activated, bio-sensing headset with machine learning capabilities, offers runners motivation and tips on the go. When the headset detects a decrease in current performance compared to previous ones, it gives immediate feedback and encouragement to its users.

ML mechanized chatbots tackle some of the greatest challenges that users face. Machines collect and analyze greater amounts of data and provide personalized experiences to each user. with the advances in technology, smart apps and AI-bots are able to know users better than the users know themselves.

Thus, consumers are utilizing and benefiting a lot from AI, machine learning and chatbots. And, we also know how development of successful bots have took over traditional industries and practices.
