Ziman is a smartphone app by Zicom that is a holistic safety and security service. Haptik's chatbot technologies are now integrated with the application. The partnership makes Ziman the first safety services provider in the world to have an integrated chatbot. The chatbot is infused with AI that learns the habits of the user, including the mode of commute, frequency of travel, and information on family members.

The chatbot simulates a human conversation for those who are feeling unsafe while travelling. The chatbot will constantly keep itself updated with the route, landmarks, vehicle details and other information that can be required in an emergency. There is also the facility of handing over the chatbot to a human agent in case the situation demands it. In terms of digital security, the app monitors the device for signs of suspicious activity, and has a number of measures to prevent misuse of the device or the data on it in case of theft of the smartphone.
