Data and Analytics are the top drivers in this 21st century of the big data world. No business at present is running without the use of Analytics and Data. Here are some of the top predictions by Gartner on Data and Analytics for 2019 which were published on its recent report.

  • By 2022, 90% of corporate strategies will explicitly mention information as a critical enterprise asset and analytics as an essential competency- It clearly indicates the importance of data and analytics that we are going to see in the coming future.

  • The second prediction made by Gartner is on Data Literacy which says - "By 2023, data literacy will become an explicit and necessary driver of business value, demonstrated by its formal inclusion in over 80% of data and analytics strategies and change management programs."

  • "By 2023, 60% of organizations with more than 20 data scientists will require a professional code of conduct incorporating ethical use of data and AI."- Ethical use of Data and AI is the prominent change we are going to see in the business domain. Till now no strict procedures and rules and regulations are strict regarding the ethical use of Data and Artificial Intelligence.
