Augmented Analytics will enable expert Data Scientists to focus on specialized problems and on embedding enterprise-grade models into applications. Users will spend less time exploring data and more time acting on the most relevant insights with less bias than is the case with manual approaches- explained by Gartner in its report. While this statement gives us the clear reason of using Augmented Analytics in businesses, there is a need to go in depth to find the meaning behind it and to understand what an Augmented Analytics is and why it is called the future of Data and Analytics.

The report by Gartner states Augmented Analytics as an approach that automates insights using machine learning and natural language generation. The insights which are found out by Data Scientists undergoing through the complex processes of obtaining, cleaning and analyzing data now becomes simpler with Augmented Analytics when the process of reaching to 'insights' has become simpler. What does the company need more?

Recruiting Data Scientists and Data Analytics for an organization is a tedious task when there is a dearth of talent in the field and recruiters have to go through various platforms and screen candidates through various stages to hire skilled talent for the company. The situation becomes worse when after hiring from a lot of candidates a Data Scientist is deployed for a company, given the huge salary and is given the less productive work of manually obtaining, cleaning, and analyzing the data. It takes time because the processes are not as easy as they seem to be. Data Scientist and Data Analytics have to spend a lot of time in gaining useful insights.

A lot of Time will be saved when going from the first stage to the third stage will be done by Augmented Analytics. Data Scientists and Data Analytics will give their time to selecting only those insights given by Augmented Analytics which are helpful for the company. This, in turn, will increase the productivity of the company which is required the most by any organization. The work of Data Scientists and Data Analytics will become simpler now and companies need not have to hire many employees for doing the simpler work which in turn will save cost to the company.

Many of the businesses are already in the run to adopt Augmented Analytics and most of the businesses have already adopted it. As Gartner also stated "As Augmented Analytics tools and capabilities become more accessible, data and analytics leaders will need to adopt new approaches. They will also have to develop a strategy to address the impact of Augmented Analytics on currently supported data and analytics capabilities, roles, responsibilities, and skills and increase their investments in data literacy."
