The IT Solution Specialist, Office 365 suite is responsible for the solution design of different service elements within the Nokia implementation of Microsoft Office365. The 0365 suite is deployed and available to all Nokia employees. He/She works in strong collaboration with the Enterprise architects, service Owners and project managers and ensures the O365 service stability and its evolution. He/She is part of the End User Computing team and responsible for:
Propose, create and maintain solutions best fitting to the business problems and need
Support the IT Service owner in order to ensure stable operations (e.g. by performing accepting tests, reviewing solutions proposed by the Providers, coordinate complex problem resolution cases, etc.)
Monitor new O365 services/features coming up (technology intelligence) and validate their impact on the existing services
Drive enhancements in collaboration with a project manager or service owner
Act as a specialist in the team, who serves as best practice resource within the organization and is recognized as an expert
Work in strong collaboration with the IT security team and Nokia IT departments
Make sure documentation is available for the design of the solution
University degree, min 5 years of experience in IT service management
Azure, Office 365 and Active Directory experience and knowledge
Should have a good understanding of the Cyber Security topics and related topics
Capable to understand complex stakeholder requirements related and translate them into solution/design
Good understanding of Network implementation (Proxy, Firewall, etc)
A quality mindset that should be utilized in creating, analyzing and identifying improvements, efficiencies, and trends within his area of competence
Willing to learn new things, always on top of all new solutions, technology intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self
