Job Description
MicroChip's FPGA division is a leader in programmable sense and controls SoCs for markets where reliability, security and power matter. The Software Engineering team of SoC delivers a comprehensive eco-system for designing Microsemi's FPGAs, including design tools, soft IP cores, embedded tools, firmware, hardware boards, and kits, solutions and design examples.
The selected candidate will be responsible to work on C++ and Qt framework.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement software solutions using C++ and Qt
Focus on high-quality code
Work with internal and external stakeholders in understanding their requirements and converting them into code.
Participate in the full cycle development process from requirements through design, development, test and maintenance
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
BE/BTech/MTech/PhD or equivalent in CSE/EE/ECE
3-5 years of total experience in the design and development of software products using C++.
Development experience in UI using Qt is a plus
Good prior domain knowledge in FPGA/ASIC is a plus.
EDA (ASIC or FPGA) tool related GUI experience would be a definite plus.
Good written and verbal communicational skills.
