- The Global Servicing Network - Communications Team oversees the development and governance of clear, timely, authentic, and meaningful servicing communications that show the customer that American Express recognizes their needs and provides relevant solutions. To achieve this mission, the team is focused on working with business partners to craft high-quality communications which embody our Relationship Care ® principles and maintaining a controlled environment to ensure communications are delivered by expected deadlines.
- Purpose of the Role:
- The analyst role will function as a project manager with a primary focus on capability management and data sanity, as well as process development.
- The analyst will also help to build and maintain the CEC Team's technology portfolio and the end-to-end processes that support the management of written servicing communications.
- They will work closely with technology partners to manage existing and new capabilities.
- The analyst will also work with multiple operational stakeholders to define and maintain communication ownership across all Business Processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Support the management of our servicing communications, helping to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date data on all of our customer facing communications across all of our markets
- Manage the regular reporting to meet the needs of our Bank and compliance partners.
- Partner with Technologies & Capabilities to drive the maintenance and enhancements of our servicing communications inventory.
- Governing the communications request and understanding of stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our governance infrastructure accurately captures and manages data across markets, delivery channels, and business processes
- Identify opportunities to reduce the manual efforts and user error to develop a more compliant, streamlined, and user friendly process
- Creating controls in the governance process for servicing communications.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- PMO or project management experience
- Advanced and working knowledge of Excel
- Interest in process improvement and capability management
- Ability to manage a range of projects and responsibilities simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Strong customer focus and can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience with compliance and controls a plus
- Strong relationship management skills
- Previous experience with reporting will be preferred
- Broad knowledge of the American Express business preferred
- PMO or project management experience
