Lenovo is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who can drive the Quality and Process Improvement Projects.
Responsible for Process & Product Quality at Manufacturing Operations of PC Industry products.
Driving Key Quality Metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY), Out of Box Audit, Process Quality Audits.
Drive the Quality and Process Improvement Projects.
Working with CFT & WW to bring Quality Holds recovery for Products / Parts.
Driving 8D CAPA process and bringing effective validations with Internal Teams & WW Quality Team.
Good knowledge in QCC Projects execution and result oriented approach.
Participate in WW BMS and driving for improvements for Premium Quality Requirements.
Need to ensure Extended Customer Simulation Audit (XCSA) to avoid field escalations or customer complaints.
Adherence to QMS System requirements and ensuring Zero NCs.
Strong knowledge on QC Tools (8D, Kaizen, Q7 Tools, QC Story Approach etc.,)
Strong Problem-solving skills
Knowledge on cp and cpk (Process capability index) & ESD Audits
Statistical Process control
Strong team player
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Able to drive cross-functional teams for problem-solving and improvements
