- Responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the CPT organization, identifying areas for improvement, and building both long-term and ad-hoc solutions. The ideal candidate will have a good technical, analytical, and operational background. SQL and Tableau proficiency is required.
- Work with business to determine business outcomes and prepare a solution for the engineering team
- Use knowledge of cutting-edge technologies to optimize organizational efficiency
- Review existing IT systems and internal processes; collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within IT infrastructures
- Participate in team meetings; provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency
- Utilize modeling, information engineering, and cost-based accounting processes to design new systems
- Provide input in each cycle of the development phase (Develop, test, and release) to meet a business objective
- Oversee the implementation process; handle programmers and vendors to stay within deadlines and budget
- Fix and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction
- Lead multiple tasks to deadlines; communicate progress at regular intervals
- 7+ years of experience of IT industry experience
- Bachelorâ??s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Be conversant on general business and IT terminology to collaborate and translate between both areas and turn business goals into technical requirements via User Stories.
- Familiarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, CSA/CCM
- Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language and technical solution design within Customer Support domains and/or Partner lifecycle.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and work.
- Awareness of current IT standards, emerging technologies, security & network risks
- Ability to explain complex, highly-technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language
- Experience in strategic planning in a tech company, investment banking or strategy consulting with a focus on technology or hardware business
- Experience in Tableau/Power BI/ data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance
- Experience with CPQ (Cash, Pricing, and Quote) system processes
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies and creation of User Stories, Features, feature backlog creation and maintenance aligned to partner priorities.
- Be able to anticipate business needs of specific partners and provide proactive recommendations given the big-picture objective.
- Experience holding partner interviews, identifying issues and gathering facts, during the research and analysis phases
- Experience building dashboards using advanced Tableau functionality (e.g. data blending)
- Experience with Cloud-Native applications and platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization
- Drive own work autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressure
