Verifone is seeking an Application Analyst who has an ability to use problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve incidents before routed to L3.

Extensive experience in providing .NET application support & deployment IIS Configuration Windows patch & software installation/upgrade .NET application upgrade Windows service installation & configuration Server Certificate creation & deployment Scripting languages like power shell scripting, python, etc to automate the tasks MS SQL Server ITIL certification Independently support issues that are forwarded by L1 support team Experience in managing incidents raised by the L1s or as agreed in documented Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. Collaborate with L3, Business Users, and Experts involved to get the issues resolved and escalate/recommend to the L3s when documentation is insufficient to complete the tasks or do not solve the incident. Involved in monitor and report any persistent errors from the application and recommend systems improvements. Maintain a Run-Book which they can use for immediate resolutions. Ability to use problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve incidents before routed to L3. Work experience on DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Ansible, Nagios, etc.
