Job Description

Work you will do:
As part of the Identity and Access Management team, this professional:

  • Support the IAM Operations Lead with maturing IAM operations organization and delivering operational excellence
  • Support the IAM Operations Lead with building out additional operational support with the adoption of new IAM solutions

  • Support the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutions
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and services
  • Monitor the Service ticketing system
  • Participate in planned "Systems Day" and other maintenance activities.
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation 
  • Actively engage in incidents raised by member firms and escalation to vendor (as needed)
  • Maintain service level objectives by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashion
  • Participate in troubleshooting of Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Develop and maintains documentation of key operational processes 

Relationship Management 
  • Actively engage with global IAM team members
  • Actively engage with GNOC to assist with the resolution of production level incidents
  • Actively engage with another member firm IAM and technology teams.
