- Support the IAM Operations Lead with maturing IAM operations organization and delivering operational excellence
- Support the IAM Operations Lead with building out additional operational support with the adoption of new IAM solutions
- Support the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutions
- Support the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and services
- Monitor the Service ticketing system
- Participate in planned "Systems Day" and other maintenance activities.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
- Actively engage in incidents raised by member firms and escalation to vendor (as needed)
- Maintain service level objectives by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashion
- Participate in troubleshooting of Identity and Access Management solutions
- Develop and maintains documentation of key operational processes
- Actively engage with global IAM team members
- Actively engage with GNOC to assist with the resolution of production level incidents
- Actively engage with another member firm IAM and technology teams.
