Technical Architect, who is well versed with the Fiserv Signature application. The candidate will analyze and provide the solution to the production support cases raised by the clients within the ASPAC region. He/she is responsible for guiding the team with an investigation on the Fiserv Signature suite of products. He/she will participate in all the phases of Production support projects - S/W investigation, technical/functional analysis, coding, unit testing, Code Reviews, and occasional QA/System testing. He/she will be working either independently or in a team with offshore/onsite leads in the support or development projects. He/she should have good coding skills in ILE RPG, CLLE and should have worked on production support projects in his previous organization. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience in retail banking domain. Experience on Fiserv Signature will be a plus.
