Job Description

This candidate for this position will be required to work on software configuration management and Software Integration related activities with a focus on software regression automation. The candidate needs to have in-depth knowledge of the software build process and scripting automation. Knowledge and experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. Experience with SCM tools including ClearCase, Subversion, Git, BitBucket.  In this role, the candidate would work in Hyderabad and collaborate with Software Engineering teams in San Jose, California.

Job Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in EE/ECE/CSE with 12+ years of experience in leading FPGA/ASIC/EDA or related software configuration management projects.
  • Strong automation expertise and have worked on Linux/Windows platforms.
  • Working knowledge of TCL, shell scripting, Perl, Python, JavaScript or any other scripting language.
  • Working knowledge on web framework such as Django, Flask, Rails is required.
  • Experience on Jenkins, ClearCase, Sun Grid Engine is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bugzilla, Coverity or related software development tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
  • Effective team player, collaborator and a great motivator for the team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to understand and communicate complex problems and device solutions by collaborating with different functional areas.
