If you are willing to enter IT industry, here is a good news for you! Even you can get a job at Google. The tech giant is offering IT Support Professional Certificate Course through Coursera and you can enroll in the program right away. The idea behind the program is to fill the gap between job seekers and entry-level IT support jobs globally. The duration of the program is 8 months. Before enrolling, bear in mind that one will have to dedicate 8-10 hours per week. The program aims at the overall development and the students are allowed to pick up the course of their own choice. The whole program includes a total of 6 courses and students are allowed to opt as per their preference. It is necessary to take all the 6 courses but the priority can be set by the student himself.Whatâ??s worthy about this program is its inclusivily, anyone can enroll himself/herself for it. There are no eligibility criteria, and you need not have prior working experience.

  • You will get a certificate after the completion of the course.

The course will include, Technical Support Fundamentals, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, Operating Systems, IT Infrastructure Services Current, IT Automation, IT Security.
